What Tank Do I Require?

If you are unsure of what type of tank it is you require, do not worry as we can advise you on this based on the application. Please get in touch!

Where You Deliver Too?

We deliver to Mainland UK and Ireland.  If you live in another area, please email us and we will see if we can help.

Do We Install The Tanks?

Tanks 2 U only sells the tank itself, with no installation provided as standard. However, if you would like your tank installed please see our sister company Suffolk Oil Solutions (if you are based within 25 miles of Newmarket, Suffolk).

Can I Install The Tank Myself?

What Delivery Service Do We Provide?

Tanks 2 U provide FREE DELIVERY to the UK mainland by 44 foot articulated lorry. You will need to provide off-loading facilities.  Delivery will be dependant on each product and orders will only be processed following payment receipt.

For restricted/difficult access please choose the option for delivery by smaller vehicle (with off-loading facilities) at the checkout.  There is a charge for this  delivery service.

In order to keep our prices competitive we do not hold stock, instead we dispatch directly from the manufacturer to our customers!

Do We Have A Refund Policy?

Order Cancellation

In accordance with United Kingdom and European law, customers have an unconditional right to cancel an order from  Tanks2U, from the time the order is accepted by  Tanks2U until 7 working days after the order is fulfilled. If a customer wishes to cancel an order with  Tanks2U, they must contact  Tanks2U within the period outlined above to make arrangements for the goods to be returned. If the order has not been shipped, there will be the Paypal fee to pay by the customer.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that good care is taken of the goods whilst in their possession and that they are returned to  Tanks2U in a condition whereby they are fit for resale and are unused. Where  Tanks2U organises to collect and return a product on behalf of a customer, a carriage and administration fee of not more than 35% of gross product value will be levied.

Defective Products

If you believe that products you have purchased from  Tanks2U are defective at any time please report this immediately to  Tanks2U. If they are within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, we will arrange with the manufacturer to replace or repair the goods at the manufacturer’s discretion and consistent with the terms and conditions specified by their guarantee. Where it is necessary to inspect the goods on site and an inspection proves the fault is neither the fault of  Tanks2U nor the product manufacturer, an inspection charge will apply, which will be borne by the customer. At no time will  Tanks2U be responsible for any consequential damage or loss as a result of product defect(s).
